After photographing over 300 weddings, I’ve found that most clients are in need of not only photos, but also education on planning. So, I decided to design a system that educates, plans and eliminates stress and anxiety.
The professionals that you choose to provide services for your wedding day should be experienced and prepared for everything. My philosophy is, your wedding professionals bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. They should use it. I use mine to make your day effortless.
Upon your inquiry, I will contact you and ask for a quick 15-30 minute chat via phone to get to know you better and learn more about your vision for your day. We are big believers in connecting with clients and we want to make sure that we're a good fit.
If we click and it's a match, we'll schedule a consultation via Zoom (in person consultations available as well depending on location). We will talk all about your needs and wants and I will help you gain clarity on what's needed to make your vision come alive. We'll discuss wedding collections and customize the perfect fit for your needs.
During the consult or shortly after, we'll help you put together a timeline that allows sufficient time for every part of the day. We'll break this down further as we get closer to your amazing day, but this timeline allows you to plan with your venue for seamless coordination.
Two months before the wedding, we'll send you a detailed questionnaire for you to complete. It covers every aspect of your day in specific detail. We'll then revise your timeline and chat about all of the awesome things you have planned. Communication is key!
We'll chat either virtually or over the phone regarding all of the photos that are most important to you. We have a list of everything that's covered at every wedding that we photograph, but there may be something that you want in addition. Not a problem- We're on it!
If your photos will be off-site, we'll work with you to identify amazing locations that are close to your venue for photographs. We've been everywhere and we've got an extensive library of locations that we can offer. We're also very good at matching photography locations with the overall style of your day (Super important!).
If it looks like rain, you're in good hands. We keep an eye on the weather and if it's in the forecast, we'll suggest backup locations the week of the wedding. We leave nothing to chance.
We show up early and stay until we are confident that we have captured everything to your liking. We always check out with you prior to leaving. Once we leave your venue, your files are handled with the utmost care and are backed up to three different locations (one cloud option) upon reaching our home office.
You can expect an online preview via Facebook within 48 hours of your wedding date. If you don't do social media, that's okay too. We can make arrangements ahead of time for a preview via private gallery.
We lead the industry with a 21 day turnaround for your images. Once they are completed, we don't just send you the gallery via a link- We schedule a virtual reveal session via Zoom. We spent so much time together, we want to see your reaction to your images! Afterwards, you'll have a chance to order prints, design an album, create some amazing wall art- Whatever you'd like!
I believe that photography is a storytelling art form and my job is to tell the story of your wedding day by capturing not only the big obvious events, but also the little, in-between moments and the genuine emotions that they evoke.
I tell the story of your day with bold colors, dramatic and crisp imagery and an incorporation of surroundings and symmetry. My style is a mixture of photojournalistic, candid and traditional imagery.

You’re not just paying for someone to show up and take photographs of your big day. You’re paying for a trusted professional with years of experience who will coordinate with you and share their knowledge to execute flawless and fun photography, who can keep you calm, relaxed and on-time the day of your wedding, who can crack a good joke while pinning a boutonniere. You’re paying for an experience.
With that said, every package I offer includes at minimum: one photographer, 8 hours of coverage, a digital download of the 'best of the best' images, and a print release. There are many more options available to customize your experience though, and once we chat, we can build something perfect for you.
