1. Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full business liability and indemnification.
2. What is the turnaround time for edited images to be delivered?
Our ‘21 Guarantee’ ensures that you will receive an online gallery link to your photos 21 days after your wedding.
3. Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes, I carry a total of 3 cameras and plenty of batteries, SD cards, etc.
4. What file type do you shoot in? Do you use backup cards?
I shoot in RAW file type, as does anyone working with me. It is an original uncompressed file, which allows significant editing capabilities. The files will be delivered in your gallery as high resolution jpegs that are printable and shareable. Every camera that I have uses backup cards in case of card failure, as do the photographers that work with me.
5. Do you have a backup system for files?
Yes. Your files are immediately backed upon arrival at my office (Same night as your wedding). That backup system includes 2 copies on separate hard drives and a cloud upload.
6. Do you travel?
Sure! I welcome travel and depending on location, pricing may need to be adjusted.
7. Can I substitute or customize wedding collections?
Absolutely! I do my best to work with each client to design a collection that will fit their individual needs if the situation warrants it.
8. What is your payment policy?
A $500 non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement is required to reserve your date-Although, I have been known to put a 24-48 hour hold on a date as a courtesy. I try to be as flexible as I can with clients. 50% of your total collection price is due 6 months before your wedding date and the final balance must be paid (7) days in advance. Cash, check, and credit card are all accepted.
9. How do you edit your photos?
I select the ‘best of the best’ of your images and edit those in various finishes including black and white the color process that you see on this site. You will receive a color gallery and a black and white gallery.
10. How long does it take to receive an album?
On average, it takes about 4-8 weeks to receive an album from the time that the design is approved by the client.
11. Who designs your albums?
Yours truly!
12. Can we pay extra for RAW images and edit them ourselves?
No.
